My mother was in the nursing home several years ago and now my mother-in-law is there. The positive differences are amazing. They have gave us peace of mind that I did not think was possible with their caring and loving approach.

I’ve had the chance to interact with the team at Lewis Park and have always been impressed with how kind and attentive the staff are. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the therapy team truly seems dedicated to helping residents recover and thrive. My Dad has been at Lewis Park Post Acute for over a year now. He started off with Rehab and then transitioned to Long Term Care. We have been happy with the care he has received. They are so good at calling or emailing me with changes to his care or updates of any kind. It has improved his overall health and we appreciate the staff and the care they provide in our community.

Ok I’ve been a resident here for maybe 4 to 5 years never until now have I had issues when ordering groceries in the past I’d turn my list in then I would get it now they want to tell me they don’t have enough money but I’m sure I have enough so just use it and not money yall have pooled together that’s just stupid

If I could give zero stars, I would. This facility is absolutely awful. My cousin was in his early 20s when he arrived here, and his condition worsened every single day he was in their care. Not once did this facility reach out to our family to provide updates or inform us of what was happening. My cousin had a documented back injury from paralysis and repeatedly requested a cushion for support, yet they never provided one. His basic medical needs were ignored. At every level, this facility failed my cousin, and ultimately, their neglect contributed to his death. To this day, our family has never received a phone call, explanation, or any accountability from this facility. No family should ever have to experience this.

Staff is always very accommodating with my requests. My sister has been here almost a year and they take great care of her, always keeping me aware of anything that happens out of the norm. We are blessed to have this facility so close to home.

My Mother has been a resident of Lewis Park Post Acute for 5 years and the changes that have taken place at this facility are astounding!! The facility has been updated, is always clean and doesn’t smell like the typical nursing home!! The staff are all so sweet and caring to my Mom, they are like our Family!! They have a wonderful Physical Therapy Dept and I would recommend their Rehab facility to anyone, including my loved ones!! I encourage everyone to stop by and visit this facility and see the changes that have been made!!! They have a wonderful activities director that goes above and beyond to get the residents out of their rooms and participating in fun activities!! There’s no place like home, but when that isn’t an option… LEWIS PARK POST ACUTE is the next best thing!!! They sure are a Blessing to our Family and I will never be able to thank them enough for the love and care that they give my Mom!!

My mother-in-law is currently inpatient. Therapy out there is doing a wonderful job. The nursing staff keeps my mother-in-law clean and up in her chair and they’re always easy to get in the room when we need them. My husband and I go to visit at all times of the night and my mother-in-law is always clean well taken care of. There is no bad smell in the facility. If you haven’t been out in a few years you will be totally surprised at the changes in staffing and all the improvements that have been made.

My mother is currently at this facility. The nursing staff is wonderful her room is clean. I can always get a hold of Mom if I need to I couldn’t ask for anything better. And if she needs alternative food she doesn’t like what she’s getting they always make arrangements to get what she needs they are wonderful a 10 out of 10 in my book.

Horrible. Nurses were nice and polite and that’s about it. The remodeled brand new side has not even got a call button. Only thing they have is a button to turn the outer light. Then they have to be there looking for it to see it. Left my mother waiting for hours multiple times. She was supposed to be recovering from surgery and get extensive therapy for improved mobility. She was left in the wheelchair and worked on upper body only for 1 hour a day. She was released to my care from a piece of paper. No care instructions nothing filled out for any of that. Only a med list. Has multiple bed sores and open wounds. NO wound care instructions, no therapy not even the decency to let me know they’d let her lay on the bed so long her knees are locked and I am now at home with my mother and she can’t stand or help transfer pretty much at all. This place is a crook! She was not there 2 weeks and saw multiple older people pass away and one fell and had been in the hospital whole time she was there basically. She would have a patient come in the middle of the night and wonder around her room touching stuff and just sitting staring at her. She would not speak just sit and touch. Where were the nurses while another patient is able to enter another patient room for over an hour and not a soul new she was missing and that she was in another room! How is this ethical or safe! On exit I was handed a bag and said these are gabapentin I need you to sign this. That the whole conversation basically I asked about wound care said they just changed all but the one on the back of her leg is open. I asked about cream said if you want but just put a bandage on it. How the hell is this taking care of a patient or family member. Whether she was ready to leave or not family was not once told she didn’t need to leave or she was no longer able to help walk anything.

I can’t say enough about this nursing home. My brother was in an accident while living in Tennessee. The rest of the family lives in New York. This was the nursing home closest to where he was living. It has been the most awesome nursing home I’ve ever been in. It’s always neat and clean when I’ve visited . Our loved one is well taken care of the patients seem happy. The staff are very friendly and are there to answer any questions and are helpful in anyway they can day or night I get phone calls at any time that they feel necessary to contact me even in the miiddle of the night if their sending him to the hospital. that’s unheard of here. Thank you so much for all your wonderful care for our loved one. The Morris Family
