My Mother has been a resident of Lewis Park Post Acute for 5 years and the changes that have taken place at this facility are astounding!! The facility has been updated, is always clean and doesn’t smell like the typical nursing home!! The staff are all so sweet and caring to my Mom, they are like our Family!! They have a wonderful Physical Therapy Dept and I would recommend their Rehab facility to anyone, including my loved ones!! I encourage everyone to stop by and visit this facility and see the changes that have been made!!! They have a wonderful activities director that goes above and beyond to get the residents out of their rooms and participating in fun activities!! There’s no place like home, but when that isn’t an option… LEWIS PARK POST ACUTE is the next best thing!!! They sure are a Blessing to our Family and I will never be able to thank them enough for the love and care that they give my Mom!! A Special Thanks to My Moms girls, Katie, Stephanie and Johanna!! These ladies are CNA’s at the facility and treat my Mom so well!! We Love them like Family!!

My Mom is a resident at Lewis Park Post Acute and receives excellent care. Of course there have been minor issues over the last 5 years but the issues are always corrected promptly to my satisfaction. The employees treat the residents like family!! Katie, Stephanie, and Johanna are CNA’s there and my Mom thinks of them like her own children!! If you are looking for a long term care facility or rehab facility for a loved one or for yourself, I would definitely recommend Lewis Park Post Acute in Hohenwald Tn.

I have always had a wonderful experience when visiting this nursing home. I had a realtive who stayed here for a short period of time during recovery and his stay was a great experience. He always spoke well of the food served there and mentioned that the Dietary Supervisor Alisa Pulley was very nice and made sure he had the food he needed during his stay here.

My mother has been a resident at this facility for quite a while now. She brags about how good the food is, and that Alisa Pulley makes sure that she gets the proper nutrition. She has taken it upon herself to make sure my mother has everything she needs in terms of food.

My dad is a resident here. Sadly, I’m not able to visit him very often, as I am recently married and now live in Indiana. He loves the people there but he loves to be outside doing things. Being couped up all the time makes him sad. He says, It’s the little things that you take for granted. He keeps mentioning a lady from the lunchroom that helps him keep his pickle addiction in check…😁😁 he told me he left her 5🌟 rating so i figured I do the same. Thank you Alisa Pulley for taking care of my dad and making him smile! I award you FIVE STARS…. God Bless You!

My friend recently moved to this facility. She is very happy with everything, well except for the physical therapy, not because of the people, she just doesn’t like doing it, says it wears her out 😬. She is treated with dignity and respect, when I visit I am too. Everything is always clean and smells nice. Oh, she also says the food is yummy.

During a recent visit to lewis Park Post Acute, I observed an innovative approach meal service. Lunch was being served from a portable steam table, a system I had not encountered previously. Upon inquiry, Ms. Alisa Pulley, the Kitchen Supervisor, identified the equipment as a “suzy Q.” She explained that the facility utilizes two such units, deployed Simultaneously. I was particularly impressed by its effectiveness in maintaining food temperture. Residents were offered ă Choice between the scheduled menu item and the alternative, with meals delivered directly to their rooms, Ms. Pulley also highlighted that this method fosters greater interaction between dietary staff and residents, an aspect highly valued by the kitchen team.

I highly recommend this facility. The physical therapy services are exceptional,the staff is outstanding, and the premises are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. I would like to commend the excellent kitchen staff particularly Alisa Pulley, the kitchen Supervisor, for their outstanding work.

Alisa Pulley goes above and beyond with the residents. She always has a smile on her face when serving food or just in the hallways communicating with the residents and family Members in the facility. Always a pleasure seeing her.

As a resident here at Lewis Park Post Acute, I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Alisa Pulley (kitchen staff) for outstanding service and for having such a kind heart. When you find yourself in a shape where you cannot do little things for yourself anymore, someone who goes out of their way to help you feel like you’re still a person, means a whole lot. She remembers little things you like and dislike, and goes out of her way to accommodate you and solve problems. As I said earlier, it may not seem like a big deal to some people, but when you are down and cannot do those little things for yourself… Having someone help you out of the kindness of their heart is like Christmas morning. I truly hope this facility understands what a wonderful gem she is and appreciates her as much as I do! (PS…Thanks for the pickles Alisa..HAHA)

I was visiting a loved one at Lewis Co Post Acute and was discussing their food options. I noticed that someone was knocking on the doors and hanging something on them. So we asked what that was for and she (Alisa Pulley) the kitchen manager said these are the menus so you know what you’re having that week and explained how it worked. So great job on food selections.

Amazing staff who work so hard to make this a great place for residents!

I donated medical supplies no longer needed. The lady at the front was pleased and assued me my offer was well needed. I saw lots of patients outside enjoying the nice weather.

Kimberly is the sweetest!! She is really making sure my Grandmother is being taken care of while she is out there!! The staff is amazing and is making her feel very comfortable while she is there!! Couldn’t ask for better people!!!

Kimberly Sublett does an amazing job with the residents! She plans such fun and unique activities everyday!!! She is a true blessing to everyone she meets!!!
